Warm Wishes!

Today's card is the *dark chocolate* version of yesterday's card! I used some Chocolate Truffle cardstock from Archiver's along with Kraft and white for a warm wishes card!

I used the Allegro Embossing Folder from Cuttlebug on the Kraft for background interest. I used the Snowflakes Embossing Folder from Cuttlebug on the white cardstock. Ribbon is lucious one inch satin ribbon by May Arts that I purchased from Barb at Embellish-Online.com.

Warm Wishes is stamped on a Fancy Tag Nestabilitie which is popped up on foam tape.

Warm wishes to each of you who stops by each day to take a peek at what I've been up to. An extra *hug* to those who take time to leave a comment, follow or subscribe to this blog. I will be offering up some blog candy soon to usher out 2009 and welcome in 2010!

Embellish-Online Always Springtime!

Today I'm posting for Embellish-Online.com! Barb is carrying the fun Cosmo Cricket line Jolly by Golly, and it is so fun! I paired it up with a fun digital Snopal image from Ildi, which I colored with my Copic Markers and then glittered with Art Institute's Crystal Ultrafine Transparent Glitter.

I layered the Snowpal on a layer I ran through Cuttlebug's Herringbone Embossing Folder. I embellished the card with a strip of birdies that I cut from designer paper. I used one for the center of my Nestibilitie Snowflake as well. I layered my snowflake on a Bling Blossom from Imaginisce...it's fun since it's fuzzy!

The sentiment is from Stampin Up! ....2001. It's an oldie, but a goodie! Perfect for this card I thought! The final embellishment is some tiny snowflakes from Dress It Up!

Thanks for popping by, hope this little card made you grin! Don't forget to take a minute to treat yourself....Barb has some awesome sales and the new BasicGrey Sugar Rush Collection in the store to tempt you! Have fun shopping...and tell her I sent ya!!

Fred, She Said ~ Happy Anniversary

Check out this gorgeous new Christmas Rose set by Tracey at Fred, She Said Digital Designs! This image come pre-colored as well as just the outline...this happens to be the pre-colored version. I shaded the edges of the floral piece with Copic E42 and hand cut the image so I could have the center of the circle open to see the Cuttlebug Music Embossing. I colored the circle itself with YR23 and the Gold Copic Spica pen. I also highlighted the yellow in the floral spray with the gold as well.

Happy Anniversary is from Peddler's Pack and is stamped on a Nestabilities Fancy Tag. Snowflake punches are Martha Stewart, glitter dots are Dress It Up! and photo corners are by Stampin Up!

Christmas Cheer from The Rubber Cafe!

Here is a fun card with images from The Rubber Cafe that captures the wonder of the season! The kids in Christmas Cheer set are all dressed up in glitter. Winter Wonder comes from the Seasons set. I've been lovin' these images....so fun and festive!

This is the scanned music again distressed with Tim Holtz distress inks and tearing which I used as my background panel for the carolers. The carolers are done with the glitter and acetate technique. For their faces I colored some white paper with Copics in EOO and used Glossy Accents to adhere it to the back of the acetate so they didn't have glittery faces!

Other items on this card are Cuttlebug's Snowflake Embossing Folder, Nestabilities Snowflake and Nestabilities Fancy Tag dies. Faux stitching and distressing finished off my card.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Digital Tuesday Challenge 35 ~ Emma in the Snow!

Welcome to another Digital Tuesday challenge. It's my Lora's turn to host this week.
Her challenge for you this week is "Christmas Sparkle". We want to see what you use to make your Winter cards sparkle.

Our sponsor this week is Mo of Mo's Digital Pencil who is offering the winner 3 of her images. If you haven't checked out her work yet, you are in for a real treat!

To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is make a card/project using at least one digital image and include something that sparkles or shines. You may combine challenges but your card/project must be new (not shown before on your blog.
See all the rules and Mr. Linky HERE.

My card this week uses an image from Fred, She Said Digital Designs. This new image is called Emma The Snow Angel. I love it....maybe because I can see my daughter plopping down in the snow and doing this in her little pink coat! Tracey has so many fun new images....and now you can get 10% off over $10, 20% off over $20 ALWAYS :) For snow I used some Faux Flower Soft...it has glitter in it....so it looks like real fluffy snow!

I colored the image with Copic Markers.
